The Making Of A Potraiture - Sketching - Lesson I

The Making Of A Potraiture - Sketching - Lesson I

I would like to share my ideas about sketching a potraiture in this very post.
I have taken snaps of my sketch after the completion of each parts on the face to help learners understand it better.

Each time i draw a portrait,I begin with eyes and then nose, mouth and rest..Remember,eyes are the most important part of any potraiture.Focus on the eyes and get it right.Once they are perfectly done the rest can be put in place with ease.

These are really great :) But I would lighten up on the wrinkle under her right eye- it makes her look far older than she should be.

Thanks for adding the new information, as well as your analysis. This is why your blog is one of the few I read that I also ever bother to comment on. I don't do it to hear myself talk - I do it because I know you actually listen.
